Refund policy

Humari 7-din ki return policy hai, jis ka matlab yeh hai ke aap apna item receive karne ke baad  7 din ke andar return ki request kar sakte hain.

Return ke liye eligible hone ke liye, item usi condition mein hona chahiye jaisi aap ko mili thi — pehna hua ya use kiya hua na ho, tags lage hon, aur original packaging mein ho. Aap ko receipt ya proof of purchase bhi chahiye hoga.

Agar aap ka return accept ho jata hai, to hum aap ko return shipping label aur poori instructions bhej denge ke package kaise aur kahan bhejna hai.
Bina pehle return request kiye bheje gaye items accept nahi kiye jayenge.

Damages aur Issues

Apna order receive karte hi check zaroor karein. Agar item defective, damaged ho, ya ghalat item milay, to foran hum se rabta karein taake hum issue ko evaluate kar ke theek kar saken.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Kuch items return nahi kiye ja sakte, jaise:

  • Custom products (jaise special orders ya personalized items)

Hum hazardous materials, flammable liquids, ya gases ke returns bhi accept nahi karte.
Agar aap ko apne item ke hawale se koi sawal ya concern ho, to please hum se rabta karein.

Unfortunately, sale items aur gift cards ke returns accept nahi kiye jate.

Exchanges

Agar aap exchange chahte hain, to sab se tez tareeqa yeh hai ke pehle apna item return karein, aur jab return accept ho jaye, to naya item alag se purchase kar lein.

Refunds

Hum aap ko notify karenge jab hum aap ka return receive aur inspect kar lenge, aur batayenge ke refund approve hua hai ya nahi.
Agar approve ho gaya, to 10 business days ke andar aap ke original payment method par refund automatically process ho jayega.

Yaad rahe ke bank ya credit card company ko refund post karne mein thora time lag sakta hai.
Agar 15 business days guzar jane ke baad bhi refund receive na ho, to please hum se is email par rabta karein: sabaeofficial26@gmail.com.

 

 

Return Policy

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
